Adam Peterson, President and CEO

Adam is a native to Silicon Valley and comes from a combination of an engineering and finance background. In 2008 he was appointed as the Technology Chair on the board of the Silicon Valley Chapter of the California Staffing Professionals. He is sought after as a dynamic, visionary speaker and has addressed the National Association of Professional Staffing, California Staffing Professionals Statewide Conference, Stanford's School of Business as a featured eCommerce entrepreneur, San Jose State University's School of Business, SDA Bocconi School of Management (University of Milan), and numerous Web 2.0 webinars. Adam was formerly a Corporate Finance investment banker in the Technology Group at Credit Suisse Securities, LLC. He holds a B.S. in Product Design Engineering from Stanford University and while attending college, was a varsity Diver and captain of his team. Adam also serves as the Assistant Alumni Advisor to the Kappa Sigma Fraternity at Stanford University, is a member of the Alumni Council at Saint Francis High School, and is an avid sailor.

Byron Jacobs, VP Sales and Marketing

A veteran of 34 years of executive management in enterprise software sales, marketing, services and operations with industry leaders including Oracle and Applied Data Research. Early 80's marketing and channels pioneer with offices in 42 countries. Contributed to 19 B2B start-ups and turn-arounds in COO, EVP and/or investor roles. In his spare time Byron enjoys sailing, fixing his sailboat and traveling the world.

Amalia Masters, VP Sales Support

Amalia is the product guru at Vipe. Leveraging over a quarter century of experience in the staffing and recruitment world, Amalia most recently held Director level positions in Operations and Product Development at The WorkCard Company (sold to Adecco in 2002) and O-Desk. In her free time Amalia actively supports a local Hellenic Museum, spends time with her family and dominates in Wii bowling.

Eli Yelluas, VP Technology

Eli has led the development of the Vipe technology, leveraging a double-digit long career in web development. Most recently, he held Senior engineer positions at VMWare, FriendFinder and A9. Outside of his nocturnal work schedule, Eli enjoys riding his motorcycle in the mountains, flying model helicopters and crashing model helicopters (his record is 4 in one week!).
